Job summary

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Avionics IPT Lead to lead avionics system development and integration for aircraft programs. The role will own avionics architecture, technical delivery, system integration, verification, certification, and cross-functional team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Avionics Integrated Product Team (IPT) across systems, hardware, software, V&V, and certification. Own avionics system architecture, requirements, interfaces, integration, and validation. Drive compliance with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, and DO-254. Lead LRU/system integration, HIL/SIL testing, ground testing, and flight-test support. Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and technical dependencies. Interface with customers, suppliers, certification authorities, and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications: 12–18+ years of aerospace/aviation experience with strong avionics systems background. Proven experience leading IPTs or large cross-functional engineering teams. Strong knowledge of ARINC 429/664, AFDX, CAN, avionics architecture, and aircraft integration. Experience with FAA/EASA/DGCA certification processes. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aerospace, Avionics, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. Preferred: eVTOL/UAV/AAM, DO-326A cybersecurity, MBSE tools (Cameo/Rhapsody), and PLM platforms such as 3DX/Teamcenter.
