The Chief Pilot supervises flight crews and develops standard operating procedures in compliance with Canadian Air Regulations. They are responsible for managing training programs, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring high service standards for corporate air services. Candidates must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Category 1 Medical Certificate, and Canadian Passport. Proven experience as a Pilot-in-Command on specific turboprop aircraft and leadership experience in aviation are required.
