Lead and support shuttle staff, maintain safety and service standards, monitor performance and operational KPIs, and address issues affecting service continuity and passenger experience. Coordinate schedules, payroll, onboarding, employee engagement, and communication with operations, maintenance, human resources, and other support teams.
