Lead aerospace and defence sales and business development, building qualified opportunities and relationships with customers, prime contractors, government stakeholders, and partners to secure design wins, funded development programs, and commercial contracts. Develop account and capture plans, manage pipeline and forecasts, coordinate proposals and negotiations, and work with internal teams to align customer needs with Solace Power’s solutions and growth strategy.
