Job Description With Kenn Borek Air Avionics you will be required to work independently or with a team towards a common goal. This position works primarily in our main maintenance facility in Calgary, Alberta however opportunity to work in remote locations around the world is available on a project basis. This position involves daily aircraft maintenance, performance tests, avionics repairs and avionics installs/modifications. It also includes the rectification of all assigned avionics snags on aircraft types; B200, B1900D, Twin Otter, and the DC-3T aircraft. Demonstrated knowledge of standard wiring practices, accurate interpretation of maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, system schematics, and manufacturer’s installation manuals is required. The successful candidate will understand airframe systems such as Engines, Hydraulics, Power Generation, etc. Qualifications Transport Canada certified AME-E license required Experience with installs and line maintenance Troubleshooting and analytical skills Minimum two years’ experience in avionics, repairs and installations Additional Information Kenn Borek Air offers a comprehensive employment package containing competitive wages, excellent company funded benefits program, a wellness flexible spending account and a RRSP matching program.
