Program, set up, and operate advanced 5-axis CNC machining centers to produce prototype and low-volume precision components, including creating and validating complex toolpaths and workholding. Coordinate engineering and outsourced operations, troubleshoot production issues, improve machining methods, and provide technical guidance to second-shift team members while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
