Aerospace career — Suggested reading and resources

Here is a short guide to help you in your aeronautical or aerospace career search. We suggest you the resources and readings below. 

Associations

  • Aviateurs.Quebec :  In French only: Born as APBQ  (Association des Pilotes de Brousse du Québec) in 1979, the organization offers numerous services for its members: a permanent secretary, a bimestrial review L’Aviateur, a website and L’Aviateur Express, its internet weekly newsletter.

Education and training 

  • Centre Québécois de Formation Aéronautique (CQFA): The CQFA by the means of it’s continuing education department, is involved in maintaining the pilot’s proficiencies in addition to supporting the industry in their training needs. It also provides a collegial training exclusively in French.
IFA’s mission is to provide in-company training to help its industry partners improve the skills of their human resources and thus contribute to the development of the aerospace industry.
