Key Responsibilities Coordinate training logistics, including accommodations, vendor services, invoicing, payment processing, and supporting documentation. Support the planning, scheduling, administration, and delivery of training programs while maintaining accurate training records and documentation. Review course files, monitor compliance requirements, and ensure training documentation remains complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Prepare and distribute training certificates and verify completion of all required training criteria prior to issuance. Manage assigned tasks and requests through internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Serve as a primary point of contact for training administration activities and provide operational support to internal stakeholders. Support internal and external audits, address findings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or post-secondary diploma in a relevant field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English and French. Ability to work on-site at a customer location in Montreal. Legally authorized to live and work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aviation, training operations, training administration, or a related field. Knowledge of Transport Canada training requirements and regulations. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience coordinating training logistics and stakeholder communications. Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or document control processes. Interest in process improvement and automation initiatives. Base Pay Range Our total rewards package includes base pay and benefits, with final compensation determined by experience, skill, location, and internal equity.
