Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering.
- Over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with deep knowledge of electrical and lighting systems across platform development, production, and sustaining activities.
- Strong expertise in system integration, with a clear understanding of how electrical and lighting systems interact with overall aircraft operations.
- Proven experience in aircraft electrical and lighting system integration.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for advancing business aviation.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience.
- Collaborative team player, adept at working in multidisciplinary environments, with strong organizational and leadership skills, including planning and prioritization.
- Creative problem-solver capable of turning ideas into actionable solutions.
- Agile and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively; French language skills are an asset.
- Knowledge of aeronautical product certification processes is a plus.
- Experience in both developing new products and supporting products in service.
