Être responsable de la logistique en support direct à l’équipe Production au Centre Manufacturier St-Laurent ; Assurer le suivi des pénuries achetées et fabriquées et leur résolution avec l’équipe Logistique interne et fournisseurs (supply) ; Assurer une visibilité à l'équipe production sur la résolution des pénuries ; Suivre les processus opérationnels, de gestion de la performance et du développement des employés tout en favorisant un climat de travail engageant et mobilisant ; Former et développer l’équipe de travail Logistique selon les besoins opérationnels ; Optimiser les processus manufacturiers internes ou externes ; Promouvoir et agir comme leader dans l'implantation de l'Excellence opérationnelle ; Respecter la stratégie manufacturière et de l'atteinte des plus hauts standards de Logistique.
En tant que candidat idéal,
Vous possédez un baccalauréat en administration des affaires - Gestion des opérations ou cinq (5) années d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la Logistique ; Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais) écrit et parlé ; Vous avez de l’expérience en Logistique ; Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de SAP ; Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership dans le pilotage de projets impliquant divers intervenants internes et externes et ce dans un environnement d'industrialisation de nouveaux produits ; Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership, vos habiletés de communication et d'accompagnateur professionnel ainsi que pour votre capacité à mobiliser une équipe de travail élargie ; Vous possédez de l’expérience dans le domaine aéronautique et la connaissance de des composantes de l'avion serait un atout ; Vous avez la capacité de travailler au niveau conceptuel et de traduire en plans d'exécution, aptitude en gestion de projet ; Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft
What are your contributions to the team?
Optimize the logistics in direct support to the Production team at the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center; Monitor the purchased and manufactured shortages and resolving them with the Internal Logistics and Suppliers team; Ensure visibility to the production team on the resolution of shortages; Comply with the operational processes, the employee performance management and development processes, while developing a mobilizing and winning work climate; Define Logistics KPIs & governance, ensure proper training and development of team members; Build and develop of the logistics team based on the operational needs; Optimize internal and external processes; Promote and act as a leader for Operational Excellence implementation; Ensure the compliance with the Manufacturing Strategy and the achievement of the highest Logistics standards.
How to thrive in this role?
You have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management or five (5) years of relevant experience in Logistics; You are fully bilingual (english and french) written and spoken; You have experience in Logistics; Being knowledgeable with SAP would be an asset; You possess good leadership in managing major initiatives involving working with internal and external partners, in a context of new product industrialization; You have the capacity to work with concepts and translate them into solid execution plans, good project management skills; You are recognized for your leadership, your communication and your coaching skills, for your ability to mobilize and engage a team; You have experience in the Aerospace Industry and the understanding of the aircraft and its components would be an asset; You are proficient with the Microsoft Suite.
