Vous ferez partie de l’équipe chargée d’amener l’expertise en management de projet au sein d’autres fonctions de Airbus Canada.. Votre rôle en tant que PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Chief Engineer sera d’être le partenaire stratégique de l'équipe “Chief Engineer” dans sa responsabilité en termes de Temps, Coût, Qualité et Performance des projets et accompagner l'équipe “Chief Engineer” dans le processus “PDP, Product Development Plan”. Vos défis: Accompagner l'équipe “Chief Engineer” dans le processus “PDP, Product Development Plan” Mise en place et optimisation de la gouvernance : Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir le rythme des revues et des instances décisionnelles relatives à l’aéronef pour la variante, telles que l’analyse technique approfondie et, à terme, le DPM. Suivi des actions, des décisions et des obstacles techniques identifiés lors des réunions de gouvernance. Mise en place d’indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et de rapports d’avancement : Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord pour l’ingénieur en chef afin d’assurer une visibilité claire sur l’état, l’avancement et les indicateurs de performance de l’aéronef Gestion des risques et des opportunités : S’assurer que les risques liés à l’ingénierie en chef sont quantifiés, atténués et suivis. Gestion des retours d’expérience : Garantir la traçabilité et le suivi de la mise en œuvre. Coordination des livrables et intégration technique Coordonner et garantir la livraison en temps voulu des livrables d’ingénierie relatifs à l’aéronef relevant de l’ingénierie en chef (par exemple, EBD, exigences…), ainsi que des livrables des fonctions transversales (dans le cadre de l’intégration de l’aéronef). Contribution à la planification intégrée : Synthétiser les contributions techniques, les contraintes d’ingénierie et les jalons de maturité afin de collaborer avec le programme à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour du plan directeur intégré. • Support à la gestion de la configuration et des changements : Assurer la liaison avec l’équipe de gestion de la configuration afin de garantir une parfaite cohérence avec l’évolution de la configuration de l’aéronef et participer au maintien du contrôle de la configuration tout au long de son cycle de vie (EBD, notes de configuration, etc.). Gestion financière et des ressources Responsabilité budgétaire : Gérer le budget opérationnel et de dépenses de l’organisation de l’ingénieur en chef et soutenir les activités AOP/FC. Planification des ressources et des effectifs : Prévoir les besoins en ressources d’ingénierie en chef pour les différentes phases du cycle de développement de la variante. Optimisation des effectifs : Suivre les heures travaillées et les énoncés de travaux par rapport aux livrables. Votre profil: Vous détenez un baccalauréat en Gestion de projet/ingénierie ou équivalent. Vous avez des qualités de meneur et démontrez un haut niveau d’influence. Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou gestion de programme. Vous avez une solide connaissance en développement de projet aeronautique (Engineering) Vous avez de bonnes compétences d’analyse, de planification et de gestion des problèmes. Vous avez l’esprit ouvert avec de fortes compétences interpersonnelles et vous démontrez une grande habileté à travailler en équipe.
