Your main tasks:

-       Perform heat treatment operations according to established parameters.

-       Perform ball blasting operations to reinforce metal parts.

-       Participate in laboratory tests and analyses to verify the mechanical and metallurgical properties of parts.

-       Perform the non-destructive inspection.

-       Prepare and document inspection and test results according to quality requirements.

-       Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to solve technical issues.

-       Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:

-       Hold a DEC or AEC in metallurgy, a DEP in surface treatment, a DEP in mechanical assembly in aerospace or structural assembly, a DEP in welding-assembly or equivalent training.

-       Relevant experience in the metal field.

-       Knowledge of heat treatment, shot blasting or non-destructive testing processes (an asset).

-       Fluency in spoken and written French.

-       Rigour, meticulousness and attention to detail.

Salary: between $30 and $47 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Night shift from Monday to Friday - Training will be given over a day shift.
