About the role
We are seeking a Flight Control Systems Lead with 4+ years of experience in aerospace or aviation engineering to support the development, integration, testing, and certification of aircraft flight control systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Support the design, development, and integration of flight control systems. Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, and verification activities. Collaborate with avionics, software, systems, and flight test teams. Participate in system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Assist with certification documentation and compliance activities. Provide technical guidance and support project execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in flight controls, aerospace systems, or aircraft development. Knowledge of flight control architectures, control laws, and system integration. Experience with verification, validation, and testing activities. Familiarity with FAA, EASA, or other aviation certification standards. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
