Job Description

  • Identify process gaps related to the A220 compared to existing programs.

  • Lead cross-functional projects/initiatives to evolve the A220 business. These projects require dynamism and leadership skills to work across the entire organization.
  • Take ownership of your projects by managing defined and associated key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure visibility of the roadmap and expected improvements related to your projects and the overall program with stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for benefits and net margin for processes, products, policy-related issues, and costs according to the defined path for the overall program.

  • You have strong analytical skills and use them to take a global view and think outside the box. The ideal candidate is creative and strategic, but also precise and pragmatic in execution.
  • You have a consultant mindset and can identify process gaps and propose workaround solutions. You enjoy implementing new solutions to complex problems involving multiple stakeholders (colleagues, team managers, executives).
  • You are able to build strong, trust-based relationships and manage expectations. You value listening as much as providing clear explanations and solving potential issues.
  • You are delivery-, customer-, and technically-oriented, and comfortable working independently while fostering strong internal and external collaboration.
  • You have excellent business acumen and a strong financial sense—3 to 5 years of business experience is required. Understanding and sensitivity to financial projections and achieving financial targets are required.
