We are currently recruiting a Technical Services Supervisor at our head office located in Les Cedres.

Job Description

The Technical Services Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and control of all Company Technical Records and Technical Publication Services.


  • Shall oversee the day-to-day operation of the Aircraft Technical Record and Technical Publication departments.
  • Shall ensure that both master and computerized aircraft technical records are updated as expediently and as accurately as possible.
  • Shall ensure that all incoming Technical Instructions are reviewed and actioned as necessary by issuing Mandatory Maintenance Advisories (MMAs) and/or amending Aircraft Inspection Programs, as applicable.
  • Shall provide guidance to Technical Service Coordinators and Technical Service AME’s as required.
  • Other related duties.


  • Diploma and relevant experience in the field of aviation or aeronautics.
  • Have a strong knowledge of aviation including Transport Canada regulations.
  • Knowledge of rotary wing aircraft is a considerable asset.
  • Must be able to function in a bilingual environment.
  • Have a strong level of computer literacy (Windows, Internet, email, MS Office Business suite).
  • Knowledge of Airsoft Software is an asset.
  • Shall possess excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and requests simultaneously.
  • Desire to enhance management, leadership, coaching, interpersonal, problem solving skills.
  • Initiative, excellent customer service skills and strong business acumen.
