We are currently looking for a Ground Ops Coordinator (12 Month Contract) to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Ground Ops Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Airport Services Team including the regional managers and the training team. They will help with running reports, doing spot check on flights for compliance, preparation for station audits, Stations Startups, Station Close outs Etc.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor Flights in eOps for document and data compliance
• Send reports to the regional Managers and/or General manager for follow up
• Data Reporting
• Run Ancillary & KPI reports for station follow up meetings
• Track DG and De-Icing Audit reports
• Upload training records into SmartU
• Assist in Invoice checks
• Follow up with stations for any scheduling changes
• Help in preparation with any station start up checklist, station close outs etc
• Assist in placing station supply order, BRS deployment, Tracking and repair orders

What You’ll Need:

• College diploma in aviation operations and/or Safety is an asset.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills, able to manage a varied workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Able to work and share responsibilities within a team environment.
