Responsible to the ILS/LSA Engineering Manager for delegated areas of supervisory, leadership and technical activities in support of the CP140 Optimized Weapon System Support (OWSS) program, including the direct supervision of Reliability / Safety Engineers and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) Analysts within the LSA Engineering department. The position will supervise and mentor engineering staff; and review Engineering Reports (ERs) and Technical Memorandums (TMs) created for LSA Engineering OWSS customers. The position will (i) manage ILS/LSA Service Requests (SRQ), Requests for Engineering Services (RES) and Fast Track workflow; (ii) manage designated projects, as required; and (iii) liaise with Asset Management Specialists (AMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) staff within IMP to ensure optimal technical outcomes.
The ILS/LSA Engineering Supervisor will report to the IMP Aerospace and Defence location near the Halifax International Airport.
