Essential Responsibilities:

Perform incoming and intermediate Inspections of Aeronautical product

•Identify defects, plan an appropriate work scope utilizing OEM and other approved data, and participate in the cost estimate process •Create non-conformance reports

•Review repair instructions to ensure most recent data is adhered to

•Work from drawings, manufacturer’sspecifications, adhere to detailed work instructions and comprehend detailed drawing weldments

•Perform precision measurements utilizing a variety of tools and instruments

•Work closely with various departments to support production deadlines and meet customer demands •Participation with all Health and Safety rules and regulations

•Handle confidential information on a regular basis professionally and ethically

•Proactively participate in continuous improvement and 6S activities, taking responsibility to maintain an organized and effective working environment

•Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards

•Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, management and customers •Other duties as assigned

Education, Skills & Experience:

•Minimum of 3 years’Aerospace experience

•Working knowledge of Aerospace Standard Practices in an MRO environment

•Must be able to work within tight tolerances and be proficient with precision measurement •Skilled in interpreting Aviation blueprints, drawings, standards and specifications

•The ideal candidate will have a background in Rolls Royce M250, T56, AE2100, Airbus, or other major HeliRotor OEM •Sound decision-making skills

•Basic Computer Skills required, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Other Requirements:

•Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to follow verbal and written instructions •Fluent in English (must be able to speak, read and write in English)

•Available for non-standard hours and possible shift work

•Able to stand for long periods of time, including bending and lifting •Able to lift up to 50lbs (lifting of material and products) •Willingness to work overtime when required

•Mature, responsible, career-minded, with a high performing work attitude

•A team player, committed to working in a quality environment, who can also work independently when required •Must be eligible to meet the requirements and security regulations of The Canadian Controlled Goods Program
