The Endorsed Line Maintenance AME reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations, Canada.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete line maintenance and servicing on aircraft in efficient time.
  • Communicate daily with Maintenance Control on scheduling and completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Rectify discrepancies as necessary to ensure serviceability of aircraft.
  • Certify the maintenance release in the Journey Log Book and other documentation.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Flight Crew members to ensure a safe operation.
  • Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
  • Maintain parts stock levels.
  • Sign work sheets and work cards for tasks accomplished – completely and accurately.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Transport Canada Certified AME. M2 License with Dash 8 100/200/300 and/or CRJ 200 endorsements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ingenuity, and assertiveness in the performance of tasks.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with quality workmanship.


  • 7 – 10 years of experience in the field.
