Shift Requirement: Mornings (6:00 am or 7:00 am start) Monday- Friday

Position Overview:

StandardAero, a leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for aviation and aerospace industries worldwide, is currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. This is a blended role that encompasses various administrative tasks, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, inventory management, parts ordering, health and safety responsibilities and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with our PEI team to order parts and materials as needed, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Generate invoices and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Carries out additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software is an asset.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
