We are the worlds largest private aviation charter broker, managing the charter needs of our ad hoc and key account clients within our passenger and cargo divisions. 

Currently we are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team based in Toronto dedicated to supporting one of our largest key accounts.

This role supports one of our high profile clients organizing multiple charter requirements which average around 700 flights per year. This does mean that this role requires you to be available on a rota evenings and weekends.

  • Understanding client requirements in line with contractual SLA’s
  • Sourcing available aircraft from a list of predetermined suppliers
  • Completing all administration required for the flight, including preparing reports post flight
  • Entering data into our bespoke systems including flight times
  • Dealing with unexpected problems, finding speedy solutions that occur between flight enquiry and completion
  • Over seeing flights, including flight watching to ensure our client is kept updated at all times
  • Ensure invoice reconciliation to the actual charges that have been incurred

  • Comprendre les exigences, demandes et besoins du client conformément aux SLA contractuels
  • Recherche disponibilités d’aéronefs à partir d'une liste de fournisseurs prédéterminés.
  • Compléter les tâches administratives requises pour le vol ainsi que des rapports après le vol
  • Saisie de données dans nos systèmes internes.
  • Gérer les problèmes inattendus, trouver des solutions rapides à tout moment jusqu’à que le vol soit complété
  • Suivis des vols et assuré une communication permanente avec le client.  
  • Assurer la facturation clients et les paiements fournisseurs reflétant les couts réels.



  • Bilingual fluency in both English and French
  • Experience in airline operations/ aviation would be a strong advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work with urgency
  • Proven track record in providing outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and with strong problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently, but always being a team player
