Conduct the change request by following the rules and procedures of configuration management.
Pilot and improve the tools used to update data related to change.
Participate in the change board to report on project progress at a high level.
Give visibility to the program teams on project risks.
Conduct meetings with multidisciplinary teams in order to build a common vision and achieve the requested results.
Participate in technical meetings to ensure a full understanding of the change.
Facilitate meetings with suppliers to ensure alignment of requirements and ensure / report on progress.
Contribute to the improvement of procedures and provide opportunities.
