Raglan Mine operates two Boeing 737-200 aircraft with updates EFIS, dual FMM UNS-1LW that are WAAS/LPV capable along with many other upgrades.  You will mainly be responsible to maintain the airworthiness of the company’s aircraft to the highest possible standards, through inspections, schedules and unscheduled repairs and keeping complete and up to date records of all work accomplished. You will also be responsible for equipment and supplies procurement activities for the aviation department of Raglan Mine. Your duties will include :

  • Inspect, test and evaluate the aircraft. Troubleshoot and diagnose abnormalities and return the aircraft to service.
  • Perform visual inspections and use measuring instruments to ensure the compliance of the state of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems to the specifications of the aircraft manual.
  • Perform the maintenance of aircraft as established by Raglan Mine’s procedures.
  • Maintain aircraft manual’s, computer records, update inspection and filing. Complete all required documents and sign all forms for maintenance work.
  • Receive and inspect parts and supplies and follow up on parts to be repaired.
  • Update the computerized parts tracking system upon receipt in the WinAir software according to Transport Canada requirements. Certify parts received and follow up.
  • Research parts in the parts manual and find alternatives within Boeing. Provide comparisons when purchasing parts.

Your profile:

  • A college diploma in aircraft maintenance.
  • You hold an Aircraft maintenance engineer licence.
  • You have significant experience with a Boeing 737-200.
  • Boeing 737-200 Endorsement preferred but not required.
