  • The scheduling agent reports directly to the scheduling manager. He is in charge of ensuring the supply of elements necessary for production on the various structural and system assembly stations. He is therefore responsible for providing the aircraft components to production teams as well as updating the material management system.
  • Convert Planned Orders into Production Orders according to the procedures in force.
  • Launch the edition of Production Orders.
  • Follow the progress of production
  • Analyze, collect and process exception messages relating to launch management and resolve anomalies.
  • Provide production files.
  • Follow the OFs to their fences and make sure there are no missing ones.
  • Participate in pre-delivery meetings.
  • Process refusals and workshop returns in SAP according to the procedures in force.
  • Cancel reservations: Following a request from the preparation service after a range upgrade / Following an OT1 of refusal when the defective part is rejected.
  • Manage returns on OF for surplus compliant parts according to the procedures in force.
  • Readjust files in the event of a program change in accordance with production and the scheduling department
  • Ensure the distribution of Manufacturing Orders to production via the processes in force
  • Ensure the SAP follow-up of the kits via tracking
  • Detect the risk of disruption as soon as reservations not covered by wealth appear.
  • Analyze the causes of the missing (heavy finishing, blockage, etc.) and trigger the necessary corrective or alert actions.
  • Corrective actions to be initiated when: The setting is incorrect; The storage is non-compliant (eg: the reservation does not point to the right store); There is a gap between physical stock and IT stock.
  • Relaunch physical logistics.
  • Relaunch the manager concerned to have a delay (level 1 relaunch).
  • Keep the missing follow-up table up to date.
  • Report to his superiors and to the production the risk of rupture in the event of non-compliance with the announced deadline or of a deadline exceeding the ultimate.
  • Take stock of the missing ones at the start and the missing ones at the start of their zone.

    • hold a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in a related field
    • 3 years of experience in aeronautics in jobs related to Production are required, in a similar position
    • Know SAP, intermediate level
    • Master the Office suite, especially Excel at intermediate level
    • Have a good command of English & French
    • Be autonomous, responsive and flexible to be able to adapt to the unexpected.
    • Have a good sense of communication
    • Be problem-solving oriented and have the will to continually improve and optimize the ways of working.
