General responsibilities of the position:

Level of Responsibility:

  •  Responsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity;

Specific responsibilities of position:

  •  Lead the Industrialization activities related to the introduction of new engine programs across the full value stream from Passport 0 (Program concept) to Passport 4 (entry into service); 
  •  Individual will be responsible to work with the various organizations (Aftermarket, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnership office) in an Integrated Development Process to drive all elements of Production readiness process to meet program objectives for cost, quality, and 1st production deliveries to OEM.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  •  Develop components sourcing strategies and leveraging manufacturing Technology deployment aligned to the development program plan requirements and Supply Chain Commodity Strategies; 
  •  Establish all aspects of production start-up level II activities including identification of potential program risks, develop mitigation plans and start-up managed budget;
  •  Drive implementation of Enterprise initiatives such as APQP, D2C/D4M, and enterprise program management.

Qualifications required :

  •  Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years experience;
  •  Master degree with 4 to 7 years experience;
  •  Process and results driven; 
  •  Strong interpersonal skills; 
  •  Team player oriented with good leadership skills; 
  •  Autonomous, persevering, adaptable, and solid business sense; 
  •  Ethical and respectful; 
  •  Ability to offer new and creative solutions; 
  •  Strong analytical skills;
  •  Ability to work in a constantly changing environment; 
  •  Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skill; 
  •  Good knowledge of systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP); 
  •  SAP (an asset); 
  •  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
