General responsibilities of the position :

Area of Expertise:
Creation and execution of strategies for marketing of products to customers.

Level of Responsibility:

  • Provides strategic direction for systems, projects, and programs in area of expertise;
  • Contributes to the company and the industry by advancing the level of knowledge within that discipline;
  • Provides cross-functional guidance and expertise;
  • Is seen as a leading expert within their field.

Specific responsibilities of position :

Product Marketing (Primary Role):

  • Develop product marketing strategies for P&WC's General Aviation engines;
  • Develop and provide recommendations for product and market strategies for all General Aviation segments;
  • Work closely with marketing and communications on execution of strategic promotional campaign;
  • Participate in the competitive intelligence process;
  • Work closely with Advanced Engineering to understand and effectively communicate market differentiators for P&WC products;
  • Develop Aircraft and engine performance comparisons;
  • Evaluate customer values and product needs;
  • Provide leadership in coordinating senior management reviews of key General Aviation deliverables;
  • Coordinate P&WC's presence at General Aviation tradeshows;
  • Responsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity.

Account Manager (Secondary Role):

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and externals collaborators;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics;
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications required :

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years experience;
  • Master degree with a minimum of 7 years experience.
