YOUR ROLE The Ground Maintenance /Equipment Technician is responsible for daily preventative, routine maintenance and general repairs on all ground service vehicles and equipment. Provides support, ensures secure and efficient of servicing; maintains equipment in safe and operational working conditions.DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE? • A High School Diploma; • A professional or college diploma in the field of mechanics; • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience; • Must have a valid driver’s license; • Read, speak and write in English and French, Cree Language is considered an asset; • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision; • Strong mechanical aptitude; • Previous experience in vehicle and/or heavy equipment maintenance, in aviation Ground Service Equipment is preferred; • Organizational skills (detailed oriented, ability to prioritize and be proactive); • Problem-solving.
