technical oversight and mentorship to verification team members to ensure
success of software verification projects. This includes where necessary guiding
the verification approach and ensuring that software verification processes are
with the Manager to determine, assign and manage verification tasks allocated
to team members.
specific test approach(es) and tasks breakdowns based on overall project goals
defined by the Manager.
and actively participate in technical reviews to evaluate design testability.

Software Engineering Management Team in authoring and implementing highly
reliable standards compliant software engineering sub-processes as assigned
(i.e. DO-178C, ISO12207 or equivalent)
other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.
of Computer Engineering or equivalent (Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Technology Diploma with sufficient demonstrated
of 10 years of experience in Software Verification Engineering with progressive
record of being a strong technical contributor across a wide range of technical
problems and across multiple developments.
shown leadership potential on assigned projects.
shown the ability to build and maintain professional relationships within and
outside of engineering.
and verification of complex software, electrical and electro-optic integrated
systems and subsystems.
technical understanding of how automated test frameworks function, build, and
execute both natively and on target.
