As Logistics Engineering Analyst at L3 MAS you will: With the support of the Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) Team Manager:
Perform LSA activities on either acquisition or In-Service Support (ISS) programs;
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers;
As required, coordinate the efforts of a small team to successfully complete ILS scope of work including performance reporting;
Perform Quality Check(QC) review of the team’s work;
Perform various LSA, RAM or safety task analysis and record results within LSAR;
Contribute to ILS team process improvements and achievement of departmental goals;
Assist in the evaluation of ILS proposals from suppliers;
Promote team work, diversity and respect of L3 Core values.
Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Aerospace engineering degree or equivalent experience;
At least 4 years of Integrated Logistics Support (MTA, LORA, RCMA, FMEA) and/or Reliability, Maintainability & Availability (Ao, MTTR, MTBF) expertise on major Canadian Defence programs, preferably supportability programs;
At least 2 years of LSAR experience using commercial s/w like OmegaPS, SLICWave and/or Eagle;
Expertise in the development of ILS processes;
Proven experience in analysing and consolidating large amount of data from different sources to resolve complex technical problems;
Familiarity with Technical drawings, past experience with SOLIDWORKS an asset;
Expertise in Systems Safety an asset;
Previous team leadership and programmatic experience (task planning, performance metrics, monthly review meetings);
Past experience with bids and proposals an asset;
MS Office proficiency, familiarity with XML an asset;
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), English proficiency required, bilingualism an asset;
Must be eligible to obtain a Canadian Industry security Clearance to SECRET within 6 months and eligible for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CPG).

Must be eligible for registration to the Controlled Goods Program;
Must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada’s “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
Location not accessible via public transportation, car required (for Mirabel localisation).
