PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in St. John's, NL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination Flight Safety logistics including but not limited to management of bookings and billings;
Responsible for the coordination of pilot training including: Crew Resource Management (CRM), Ground School, Approved Check Pilot (ACP) Training, Simulator Training , Line Oriented Flight Training (LOFT) and Transport Canada (TC) Ride Report;
Coordinate yearly training schedules;
Responsible for the coordination of the following training logistics: travel booking, hotel booking and vehicle rentals;
Responsible for the following accounting duties: reconcile invoices, upload travel requisitions and process purchase orders;
Responsible for tracking and updating all pilot training including: maintaining training schedules and coordinating simulator parings;
Data entry as required;
Other duties as assigned.
Strong Office Administration background, combination of education and/or experience;
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
Must be detail-orientated with the ability to multi-task
Experience in aviation is preferred.
