The Program Supervisor supervises the activities of product lines / projects / programs involving department or cross-functional teams.


  • Supports management by administering plans, time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, either personally or through subordinate staff.
  • Monitors conformance to work plan and responsibilities; reports findings to management.
  • Coordinates activities of subordinate staff to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Prepares status reports regarding project progress within unit; supports preparation of project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Provides technical advice to subordinate staff to resolve problems.
  • Performs other related duties as required.


  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification and/or Airworthiness experience
  • Ability to read and understand Certification and/or Airworthiness documentation and process
