Concession Account Administrator

The team manages 100 commercial units in order to support seamless day-of-operations that promote an exceptional guest experience.
Position overview
Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Services. The Concession Account Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the concession program on behalf of the Commercial Services (CMS) leasing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring business continuity through responding to tenant operational issues, including responding to tenant inquiries, communicating YVR expectations, resolving day-to-day tenant operational concerns and coordinating tenants operational and compliance reporting
- Ensuring the effective integration of tenants with terminal operations by acting as a liaison with other operational departments, including but not limited to Operations, Terminal Coordination, Readiness and Integration, Security, Airline Client Relations and Guest Experience.
- Conducing regular daily terminal inspection and following up on compliance issues and other deficiencies
- Developing internal expertise in outcomes of the commercial services program and common tenant issues
- Acting as a liaison between commercial partners and internal stakeholders.
- Conducting other tasks as assigned by supervisor in support of the success of the CMS program
Key qualifications include:
- 2 years of administrative experience complemented by a diploma or university degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with external stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel.
- Familiarity with property administration and leasing.
- Experience with databases, CRM programs or related software.
This position is open to both Vancouver Airport Authority employees and external applicants. Previous job performance will be taken into consideration for all internal candidates that apply for this position.

Salary Range : $56,911 to $74,375 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
