Overview of the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for all aspects of Data Governance to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for analysts or architects that want to focus more on an enterprise service and drive our product to build a data governance platform is no easy task, so we are looking for the right person to help us achieve this mission. The Data Governance Program Manager will be the primary leader responsible for the centralized Data Governance practice. This involves in all the aspects of data governance, liaising with all levels of management, from working groups to executives.
As Program Manager - Data Governance, this role will report into the Director of Data and BI, directly driving the data governance practice forward and will guide the success of enterprise data projects and will be instrumental in enabling business line analytics teams throughout the enterprise.
This position can be based in Calgary AB, Toronto ON, or can work remotely from anywhere within Canada.
